• Optional activities for the Southern Thailand need to be confirmed minimum 1 month in advance along with payment submitted

Northern Thailand Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation received 60 days or more before tour start date: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, the remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator in respect of the cancelled product will be refunded.

• Cancellation received 30-59 days before tour start date: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, an amount equal to 50% of the remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator in respect of the cancelled Tour will be refunded.

• Cancellation less than 30 days before tour start date: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, and no further refund will be payable.

Southern Thailand Cancellation Terms: 

• 60 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation charge for the land cost. We Guarantee 100% of the land cost back. The airline cancellation fees are applied according to the airline's policy.
• 59 - 30 days prior to arrival date: 30% cancellation charge + airfare cancellation fees.
• 29 - 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% + airfare cancellation fees.
• 7 days prior to arrival date: 100 %
• No show: 100%
